Assalamualaikum..

Minggu lepas aku menonton satu rancangan tv di Discovery Channel, "Destroy in second".

Salah satu yang menarik hatiku ialah berkenaan dengan Castle Bravo.

Apakah ini?

Castle Bravo ialah nama yang diberikan oleh saintis Amerika kepada bom  atom

yang dicipta.

Kekuatannya 5 kali ganda kekuatan kemusnahan bom atom yg

dijatuhkan di Hiroshima dan Nagasaki.

Bom nuklear tersebut di uji di Pulau Marshall..

Jika kekuatan bom nuklear di Hiroshima dan Nagasaki sudah 

cukup teruk kesannya bagaimana pula dengan kekuatan yang bersamaan dengan 15 megaton ini?

Sebelum diuji saintis-saintis Amerika tidak menjangkakan ia akan

melipatgandakan lagi letupannya sehingga memusnahkan seluruh Pulau Marshall.

Kejam kan? Memang kejam.

Bayangkan tumbuh-tumbuhan,haiwan,manusia dan makhluk2 lain.

Kerakusan manusia untuk mengejar kemajuan dalam teknologi ketenteraan

akhirnya memakan diri sendiri.

Dan (sudah tetap) bahawa kekuasaan Allah tidak dapat dilemahkan atau dihalangi oleh sesuatupun samada di langit atau di bumi; sesungguhnya Dia adalah Maha Mengetahui, lagi Maha Kuasa.

Pengajarannya apapun yang kita kejarkan,jika membawa kemusnahan akhirnya

perkara tersebut sendri akan menjatuhkan kita.

Ingatlah kita hamba Allah yang kerdil lagi hina.Jangan sombong

dengan apa yg kita miliki.

Anis nabihah in action!

Pesanan buat temanku

Assalamualaikum.

Lagi beberapa bulan aku akan kembali ke UIAM p.j. Meneruskan pengajian sem terakhir sebelum masuk ke main campus. Di sana cabarannya lebih besar bakal menunggu.

Seringkali aku tertanya-tanya adakah orang yang gagal akan selamanya gagal? Tiadakah kejayaan baginya? Ada. Setiap manusia diberi peluang yang sama rata.Bergantung kepada individu tersebut,jika mudah mengalah akhirnya diri sendiri yang tersungkur.

Pertemuan aku dengan sahabatku sudah lama ketika di sekolah lagi.Tapi kami hanya rapat bila sama2 melanjutkan pengajian di cfsiium. Sungguh tak sangka . Orang yang aku kurang suka dan beri perhatian telah menjadi sahabat baikku.Sungguh indah hari2 di cfsiium bersamanya.

Aku mengenalinya melalui sahabat baikku yg berada di mesir sekarang.Aneh dan ajaibnya pertemuan yang telah Allah aturkan.

Panjang rasanya jika ingin diolah mengenainya.

Sem depan beliau akn ke gombak melanjutkan pengajian dalam bidang law. Insyallah beliau bakal seorang politician mukminah seperti Allahyarhamah Dr.Lo'lo.

Temanku,walau dimana saja kau berada ingatlah Allah s.w.t sahaja yg akan selalu bersama mu. Aku tidak akan kekal,esok lusa mungkin hariku untuk bertemu Yang Esa. Walau singkat kehadiranmu dalam hidupku ,kau tetap istimewa. Jangan sesekali ingkar kata2 mama dan  ayahmu. Sabarlah dengan kerenah mereka.Kadangkala kesabaranku sering menipis.Ingin saja diri ini memberontak.Sifat degilku memang diakui oleh ahli keluargaku. Pernah sekali aku membuat ibuku menangis kerana tingkahlaku ku. Jadikan ini sebagai pengajaran. Jangan sesekali sakiti mereka. jangan jadi sepertiku .

Sahabat,
nasihat dan pesanan akan ku jadikan panduan.Hatimu yang tulus dalam berdakwah membuatkan ku terpesona.Keprihatinan mu membuatkan ku terkedu.Subhanallah.

Sahabatku,
jangan hanyut dalam cinta dunia ini yang hanya semntara. Jangan khuatir,akan ku sedaya upaya memperbaiki diri ini. Bilamana aku menangis kerana result kau ada bersma ku. Bilamana keyakinan ku terhadap Allah tergugat kau hadir memberi peneguhan.

I want a daughter like this.Ya Allah give me children like this. Very good and cute. She is my cousin's daughter.Same age with Ahmad Muhtadi,my nephew . Someone said,if you want children, pray to Allah before you get marry. huhuhuhu I want twins.

Dietitian to be

Assalamualaikum

2 last weeks my family n i went to Johor Bharu for visiting my aunt n uncle that had just came back from hajj.

i really amazed of her high spirit during hajj. You know its not easy task , we perform a very important ibadah n of course its required a sincere heart. My aunt,we called her cek jan, 2 years ago she was attacked by stroke n almost paralyze. Now she can walk like usual n healthy again.Thanks to ALLAH S.W.T.

Whatever had happened to us,even the terminal illness come to us,don't let our guard down. I am really a weak person.Sometimes I asked myself if i at my mom's place( cancer survivor),can I face all sort of painful treatments like chemotherapy,surgery and have to take many kinds of medicine.Subhanallah.

How to explain to others when you are not able to sit in the painful state? again and again.No one can understand except Allah,our creator .

Alhamdulillah now my mom is getting better.I decide to be a dietitian(  develop modified diets, participate in research, and educate individuals and groups on good nutritional habits.^[1][2] The goals of dietitians are to provide medical nutritional intervention, and to obtain, safely prepare, serve and advise on flavorsome, attractive, and nutritious food for patients, groups and communities. Dietary modification to address medical issues involving dietary intake is a major part of dietetics (the study of nutrition as it relates to health). For example, working in consultation with physicians and other health care providers, a dietitian may provide specific artificial nutritional needs to patients unable to consume food normally. Professional dietitians may also provide specialist services such as in diabetes, obesity, oncology,osteoporosis, pediatrics, renal disease, and micronutrient research.<sup>[) wikipedia.


Why? because now i am fat and i want to know more about food. What? FOOD. everybody loves eating. I want to be a slim and healthy . arghhh ! I tired of being called fat and big. During primary school i had been bullied by some boys.They called me fatso,gemok,buncit n whatever the impolite words toward me.So i am in progressing to be slim. I hope i can swim because i really love it but u know,its difficult to find swimming pool in kelantan. 






Pray for me my friends . Hope my dream come true. Not just that reason why i want to be a dietitian but most people nowadays do not know what they eat. alright or not,good or bad . I want to take the responsible to teach the community how to eat wisely. Many of my friends take medical,engineering ,law courses,but none of them involve IN this work.INSYALLAH. i will.:) 


I try hard to control the intake of carbohydrates . it will kill yourself if u are not aware.

Belajar daripada apa-apa sahaja..You decide not others

Nampak entry kali ni?Dah lama aku tak gunakan Bahasa Melayu,maklumlah MUET baru habis.Hahahaha

Aku pergi exam,tanpa apa-apa persediaan lengkap,dahlah tak baca apa2 pon.Cayalah !Lagipun kawan2 aku yang lain ,seingat aku diorang steady je.Malam exam tido macam biasa.

Bolehlah exam ni buat macam tuh tapi kalau subjek lain mampus laa.

Summary

Apa yang menariknya,pengajaran yang boleh aku ambil,sayangi sahabat2 kita.

Banyak pengajaran lain yg boleh dibincangkan kesetiaan,kejujuran dan kekuatan dalaman .

Walaupun Tsuna,watak utama seorang yang lemah,kurang bijak,lurus bendul tapi dia berusaha dengan keras untuk menjadi yang terbaik dan untuk melindungi keluarga serta 'nakama'nya.

Kadang2 aku alpa,seringkali lalai.Jadi aku memerlukan orang lain untuk menegur kesalahan aku.

Women and photographer

A long time ago, people thought men were the best at art like photography. Mostly , the photographer ,of course were men.Nowadays , everybody can be the one of them.My friends,Huda,Nazurah,Izzati own a DSLR Nikon,Canon and e.t.c.
                                                                    

I want to own one of this ,one day.Insyallah. But with my money not others.huhuhu..Hey girls you are lucky someone willing to buy them for you.

Photography also can be categorized as hobby to fill leisure time. For those ,who love to travel or study abroad like Izzati it's not waste to have one but you must know how to handle or to get a nice pictures. Huda told me ,before you want to be expect in using DSLR,practicing snap pictures with digital camera first to get nice shoot. Here some pictures i took from level 8 from my hostel.

Being a photographer is not just to shoot a nice and beautiful part of the world but to appreciate what Allah s.w.t had given to us as humankind.

So whatever you do,as long as it is received 'barakah' from Allah insyallah even it is small deeds .

There are many types of photography such as macro,panoramic,black&white,aerial,artistic,scenic ,time-lapse, commercial,modeling and many more.I prefer nature. Nature photography suite me well since i love to see beautiful,calm and greenery scene. My inspire photographer is Reza. You can google about him.He is an Iranian but ran away from his country during President Ayatullah gonverment. He also a humanist which travel around the world to take pictures and spread them,to tell the world about unfortunate kids .

i don't like being too free...

assalamualaikum ..
it's very long time since i updating my blog,since i am very lazy to see or read others blog.now i decide to keep myself busy .

during my days in cfsiium, i always asked when the break semester will begin,then it had just begun for a month and 2 months to go.i am very tired,tired for being too free.i cannot adjust myself to the new "timetables".trust me being a housewife is not as easy as ABC.it's hard,more hard than biology subject cause you must take care of others not only yourself.that's why ,we must thanked to ALLAH S.W.T for giving our beautiful,kind and patient mother and father.sometimes i think how can i adapt my life to share with someone else.you must be tolerate to each other ,even i can't acquiesce with my younger sister.we always fight over small matter .
yes i admit that i was not mature as my sister,aisyah yet, and i am clumsy,a spoil darling,weak,n bla..bla

i know my mum stress with my attitudes ,i don't know how to change,and i try but the outcome was just same. i don't know what i want.of course i have a dream. and the dream cannot be achieve if your behavior hurt people around you especially your dear mom. hmmm..

                                         
why can't i be like my sister?she is an obedient child,very nice daughter, hardworking person..why?don't expect others like you.please. i hope i will be a good and solehah daughter .i want to start from now.

so,the suggestions to improve your life,i mean my OWN life are ,1)wake up early,at 5.45a.m
2)have bath first,then perform sunnat qabla subh,perform subh,read al quran and zikr
3)help mom preparing breakfast 4)jogging 5) having breakfast 6) read a book n so many i can do


my friend ,she attends a sewing class,wow,really great .
